Who we are

ORE Academy publishes written preparation material for the Overseas Registration Examination. You can reach us at ore.academy@outlook.com.

What you are buying

You are buying access to digital study material — written notes and revision cards in PDF form. Nothing physical is shipped. Access is delivered through your account on this site immediately after payment clears.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the seller of record for the transaction. Your card statement will show their name rather than ours. We never see or store your card details.

Your licence to use the material

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own exam preparation. That licence does not expire.

You may not:

• share, resell, republish or distribute the material, in whole or in part, whether or not for payment
• upload it to file-sharing services, messaging groups, or any site that makes it available to others
• share your account login with anyone else
• remove or alter any identifying marks embedded in the files you download

We may suspend or close an account, without refund, where we find the material has been distributed or an account shared.

Exam outcomes

Our material is designed to prepare you thoroughly for the examination. Your result depends on your own preparation and performance on the day, and we cannot control or guarantee it. Nothing on this site is a promise that you will pass.

Changes to the material

The examination syllabus and UK guidance change over time, and we update the material accordingly. Updates to a course you own are included at no extra cost. We may withdraw or replace material that is out of date.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control does not entitle you to a refund.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the material in question.

Governing law

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
