The exam

How the ORE is structured

The ORE is the General Dental Council's route to UK registration for dentists whose qualifications aren't recognised here. It's sat in two parts, and Part 1 must be passed before you can sit Part 2.

What it tests
How you apply knowledge to clinical practice — dental science, human disease, clinical dentistry, and law and ethics

Two computer-based papers of three hours each, sat in person

Does this cover ORE Part 1 or Part 2?

Every course states which part it prepares you for on its own page, along with the full contents, before you pay.

How long do I keep access?

Access does not expire part-way through your preparation. Course material stays in your dashboard so you can return to it between sittings.

Can I study on my phone?

Yes. Everything is readable on a phone or tablet, which is the point — most of our candidates are fitting revision around clinical work.

Do you offer refunds?
