Refund Policy

The 14-day cancellation right

Consumers buying digital content online normally have 14 days to cancel and receive a refund. There is an exception: if you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that doing so ends your right to cancel, that right no longer applies once the content has been supplied.

Because our material is unlocked in your account the moment payment clears, you will be asked to confirm both of those things at checkout.

When we will refund you

We will refund you in full if:

• you were charged twice for the same product
• the material cannot be accessed because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time
• the material is materially not as described on the product page
• you bought by mistake and tell us before downloading anything

When we will not

We will not normally refund because:

• you have changed your mind after downloading the material
• you did not pass, or did not sit, the examination
• you already owned similar material, or bought the wrong product having read the contents listed on its page

Bundles

Where a bundle is refunded, the refund covers the bundle as a whole and access to every product it contained is removed. We do not refund part of a bundle.

How to ask for a refund

Email ore.academy@outlook.com from the address you used to buy, telling us what you bought and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 3 working days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes a further 5 to 10 working days to show it.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — it is almost always faster. Note that our payment provider appears on your statement rather than our name, which is not a sign of an unauthorised charge.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes your statutory rights, including your right to material that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality.
