Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address — to create your account, give you access to what you bought, and contact you about your purchase.
• Your password — stored only as a cryptographic hash. We cannot read it, and neither can anyone else with access to our systems.
• Your purchase records — which products you bought and when, so we know what to give you access to.
• Basic technical data — the requests your browser makes, kept briefly to keep the site running and secure.

We do not collect your name, address, date of birth, or anything about your dental qualifications or exam history. We do not ask for more than we need to sell you a PDF.

Your payment details

We never see your card number. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider, who processes the transaction and passes us only confirmation that it succeeded, plus your email address. Their own privacy policy governs what they hold.

Who processes your data for us

• Supabase — hosts our database and manages accounts and logins.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
• Our payment provider — processes payments and handles billing.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies purely to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics profiling of individuals.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account exists, because your access to material you bought depends on them. If you close your account we delete your personal data, keeping only the minimum record of the transaction that we are required to retain.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your account and personal data
• send you a copy of your data

Email ore.academy@outlook.com and we will respond within one month. Deleting your account ends your access to material you have bought, so download anything you want to keep first.

Security

Course files are held in private storage and are not publicly reachable. They are released only through a link generated for you, tied to your purchase, which expires after a minute. Passwords are hashed.
